Please Read the Instructions carefully before filling Part II examination form
1. Candidate who are regular should enter their Registration no / IDR no.
2. Candidate who are 'X' student must enter their old issued Registration no for entering his/ her complete data.
3. Candidate must upload there recent passport size photograph (40-50kb size) and signature(20kb size) Mandatory.
4. Candidate must fill entire field in case of 'X' student.
5. After saving please see the print preview, if you want to edit go back before final saving.
6. After final saving move for Online payment.
7. Pls note after Payment there will be no editing.
8. Candidate must download duely filled examination form and submit to the college concern for further verification.
